Tasting Notes: The wine  is medium body with marked tannins which lead the way for a long finish. The taste delivers flavours of cherry and blackcurrant, together with a subtle touch of vanilla. It’s deep and intense.

 

The Estate: The wine brand is produced by the Concha y Toro Winery, one of the largest and most renowned wine companies in Latin America. A rich history is dating back to the late 19th century. The wines are made from grapes sourced from various regions in Chile, including the Main, Rapel, Maule and Casablanca Valleys. They continually invests in modern technology and winemaking techniques to improve quality and efficiency, ensuring that the winery remains competitive in the global market.

 

Alluvial, rocky, stony soils, and hillside with granitic subsoil. The climate is Mediterranean, with marked influence from the Andes. Grapes are produced with 100% renewable energy. Showing the commitment to the race for zero carbon emissions.

Suggested food and wine pairing: This Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal when paired with grilled red meat, spicy dishes and mature cheese (like Gruyere or blue cheese).
